Baji 9 — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the Baji 9 platform and its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Baji 9 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

The following requirements must be met to register with Baji 9. Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory. Baji 9 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete information at any time.

• Each person may register only one account
• The name and identity provided at registration must be verifiable
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to Baji 9 immediately

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Baji 9 may request proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this verification is complete.

Deposits at Baji 9 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: 1–3 business days (typically 1–3 hours)
• No deposit fees; minimum withdrawal charges may apply depending on your bank

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. A different withdrawal method may require additional verification.

If unusual or suspicious payment activity is detected, Baji 9 reserves the right to suspend transactions and request additional verification. Relevant authorities may be notified in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

Baji 9 regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before use.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to first deposit only; available once per user
• Reload Bonus: Applicable on reload deposits on select days or during specific seasons
• Cashback: Awarded based on net losses over a weekly or monthly period
• Free Bet: Applicable to selected events; only profit is paid out on a win, excluding the original stake

Wagering requirements for all bonuses are generally 15–30x the bonus amount. Any attempt to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Baji 9. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option has been activated by Baji 9.

• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final; any subsequent changes do not apply
• If an event is cancelled, the original stake is refunded
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, settlement will be based on the final official result
• Baji 9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error
• Minimum bet: ৳50; maximum bet may vary by event

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift at the moment you submit a bet, the system will automatically display the updated odds and ask for your confirmation.

To maintain a fair and safe environment on the Baji 9 platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using insider information for match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activity
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to Baji 9's systems

Baji 9 believes betting should be an enjoyable experience, not a burden. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits
• Cooling-Off: Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account permanently or for a set period
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your gaming time

Baji 9 strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Baji 9 is not responsible for any bet losses resulting from internet disconnection
• Baji 9 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Users are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from leaving their account credentials unsecured
• Compensation for unexpected technical errors may be limited

Baji 9's liability will never exceed the total amount deposited by the user. This limitation is consistent with international gaming regulatory frameworks.

Users may request account closure at any time. Once verified, any outstanding balance will be returned following the request.

Baji 9 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
• Failure to comply with regulatory authority directives
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes will first be directed to Baji 9's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it will be referred to neutral third-party mediation or arbitration. The entire dispute resolution process can be conducted in Bangla.
